Make initial contact with organisations which may be interested in the services of the Zemel Choir.
Promote the choir to these groups with the aim of introducing the choir to new audiences, both Jewish and non-Jewish. Some charities may be willing to partner the choir.
Follow up enquiries from third parties, eg. synagogues, communal organisations, events, local and national, festivals etc.
Advise organisations of the cost of putting on a full Zemel concert (to include professional and soloists fees, piano hire if necessary, etc). Explain the requirements that the choir has for performance in terms of size and location of venue.
Ensure that the enquirer has a clear idea of the kind of repertoire offered by the choir and establish what would be a suitable type of programme for any given audience.
Organise and book a venue for a concert to raise funds for the choir itself, including collaborating with other performers and negotiating costs.
